When will my order be shipped?

Once your payment has been confirmed, we get to work preparing your order. We do our best to process every order within 1–3 business days.

As soon as it's on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Standard delivery then typically takes 7–14 business days, and shipping is always free.

As soon as your payment has been confirmed, you'll receive an email with your order number. Once your order has shipped, we'll also send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking details.

To follow your parcel at any time, go to the Order Status page in our menu, enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout, and you'll see exactly where it is.

Please allow a little time for the tracking status to update after your parcel has been dispatched.

What is your return policy?
